Dr. Eyl, the founder of the firm, has practised since 1978. He is a German/French lawyer - “Rechtsanwalt” and “Avocat” - and a former chairman of the supervisory board of an international association of lawyers and German-based public limited companies (textiles, real estate, machinery). Since 2004, he has been vice-chair of the advisory board of a group of companies in the cosmetics sector in Germany – he has acquired substantial experience in the field of Franco/German business relationships, focussed on corporate strategy, internal audit, matters of compliance and furtherance of leadership.

Maître MAERTEN, french lawyer since 1998, with german and french nationality, has acquired know-how in business offices in Strasbourg, Mulhouse and in the Lyon' area, before joining the firm for cooperation. With regard to french law, she has got a special experience in the fields of labor law, business and company law and real property law.
